Requesting a Refund
Simply contact us through the form below, and request a refund within 30 days of receiving your product(s), download(s), or the event start date. Please reference your order number in your inquiry. Toward our goal of total customer satisfaction, we would also like to know the reason for your refund or return request, if you are willing to offer one.
Refunds for Physical Products
Refunds are available for all physical products shipped from our store.
In some circumstances, we reserve the right to request that products be returned before the refund is issued. Your refund will be issued based on your purchase method and will include original shipping charges. However, return shipping, when required, is your responsibility.
Refunds for Downloadable Products
Refunds are available for all downloadable products purchased in our store.
A full refund will be issued according to your purchase method. Access to future downloads of the refunded product will be removed from your account.
Refunds for Events
Refunds are also available for our live or live stream events.
Before the event – Cancellation of your event registration prior to the start of the event will result in a refund less a $10 administrative fee to cover our cost of processing your transaction.
After the event – After the start of the event, you may request a refund if you are not satisfied with the event for any reason.
How Long Will My Refund Take?
We usually complete refunds within 1-3 business days. After that, it may take 2-3 business days for Your Bank to process the refund.
Abuse of the Policy
In rare cases, we withhold the right to use our discretion as to whether request(s) for refund(s) constitute an abuse of our policy. In that case, we reserve the right to refuse or reduce refunds or to issue a store credit in lieu of a refund.
